For any post-sale support or warranty inquiries regarding AVAMOS Server products, kindly initiate contact with the local system integrator or distributor from whom you originally acquired the product.

Server Warranty Policy

AVAMOS Server Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty applies to all AVAMOS Server products, ensuring that they are free from defects in materials or workmanship during the Limited Warranty Period under normal use. The Limited Warranty Period commences from the date of purchase, as indicated on your sales receipt, which serves as proof of purchase. You may be required to present this proof of purchase to your Purchase Site or AVAMOS Authorized Service Providers to receive warranty service. Hardware warranty service is provided if a repair is necessary within the Limited Warranty Period.

During this period, AVAMOS will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective component. Spare parts or modules removed under this Limited Warranty become the property of AVAMOS.

Exclusions from Limited Warranty Service:

AVAMOS does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of its products. Technical support provided during the warranty period, including assistance via telephone with "how-to" questions and product setup, is provided without warranties. The warranty covers failures or malfunctions occurring in normal use conditions during the warranty period, as well as material or workmanship defects. The warranty does not apply if:

  • Damage is caused by you or any non-authorized third party.

  • The serial number is altered, cancelled, or removed.

  • Damage results from accident, natural disaster, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or abnormal use conditions.

  • Damage is caused by an external electrical fault or accident.

  • Damage results from use outside the operation or storage parameters detailed in the User's Manual.

  • Damage is caused by parts not manufactured or sold by AVAMOS.

  • Damage is caused by third-party software or viruses.

  • Software loss or data loss occurs during repair or replacement.


Returning a Server Product to your Purchase Site or an AVAMOS Authorized Service Provider during the warranty period does not guarantee free repair. Upon receipt, the Service Centre reserves the right to check the validity of your warranty and service request.

Neither AVAMOS, AVAMOS Server Service Center, AVAMOS Authorized Service Provider, nor your reseller is responsible for any confidential, proprietary, or personal information contained in the returned product. You should remove all such information from the product before its return.

The AVAMOS Server Service Center or AVAMOS Authorized Service Provider is not responsible for damage or loss of any personal data, programs, or removable storage media. AVAMOS is not responsible for the restoration or reinstallation of any data or programs other than software installed by AVAMOS during the product's manufacture.
